We have 2 different rates of shipping:
- Our standard "no rush" shipping rate. This will be with a courier like Evri (Hermes) or Royal Mail. Tracking may not be provided with every order and delivery will take 3-7 business days.
- Our premium "speedy" shipping rate. This will be with a courier like DPD or Parcel Force. Full tracking and a text/email message on the day of delivery will be sent from the courier. Delivery will take 1-2 business days.

At Craft Supplies UK, we aim for your complete satisfaction. If you're unhappy with your order, you can request a return within 14 days of delivery.
Return Process:
- Initiating a Return: Contact us at sales@craftsuppliesuk.co.uk within 14 days to request a return authorization.
- Return Shipping Fee: A £3 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
- Packaging: Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Include your order invoice.
