Shopping Information

1. How can I find a specific item on your website?

Use our search bar located at the top of every page to enter keywords or product codes. It will suggest search terms and also products you may be looking for.

2. Is there a way to compare products?

While browsing our product listings, you can select multiple items for comparison by clicking the compare icon next to the "Add to cart" button, or adding them to a wishlist for a side-by-side view of features and prices.

3. How do I know if an item is back in stock?

For items currently out of stock, you can sign up for back-in-stock
notifications on the product page. Enter your email, and we'll alert you as soon as it's available again.

4. Can I reserve items by adding them to my cart?

Items in your cart are not reserved until you complete the checkout process. We recommend finalizing your purchase promptly to ensure
availability.

Payment Information

1. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept various payment methods, including major credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, and ApplePay. Select your preferred method at checkout.

2. Is my payment information secure?

Absolutely. We use SSL encryption to protect your payment details and do not store your card information on our servers.

3. Can I pay using multiple payment methods?

Currently, we do not support splitting payments between different methods for a single order. You must choose one payment method for your
purchase.

4. Do you offer any financing options or payment plans?

We are currently looking into "buy now pay later" plans like Klarna or Afterpay.

Order & Returns

1. How do I place an order?

Browse our site and add desired items to your cart. When ready, click the cart icon and proceed to checkout. Follow the prompts to enter shipping information, choose a payment method, and confirm your order.

2. Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

Orders can be modified or canceled within a limited time frame after placement. Please contact our customer service immediately for assistance. Note that once an order is processed, it may not bepossible to make changes.

3. What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for most items in new, unused condition. Please visit our Returns section for detailed instructions and information on exceptions.
