Returns Policy

At Craft Supplies UK, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you may request a return within 14 days of the delivery date.

Return Process:

  1. Initiating a Return: To request a return, please contact our customer service team at sales@craftsuppliesuk.co.uk within 14 days of the delivery date to obtain a return authorization.

  2. Return Shipping: If the item(s) is/are unwanted and undamaged the customer will pay to have the product(s) shipped back to us. If the item(s) is/are damaged/faulty then Craft Supplies UK shall pay for shipping.

  3. Packaging: Ensure that the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Include a copy of your order invoice or packing slip in the return package.

  4. Return Address: Ship the return package to the following address:

Refund Process:

  • Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them to ensure they meet our return eligibility criteria.
  • Refunds will be processed within 2-3 business days of receiving the returned item(s).
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Exchanges:
