Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you can cancel within 14 days of receiving your order. After you notify us, you have a further 14 days to return the goods.

Initiating a Return

Email sales@craftsuppliesuk.co.uk within 14 days of delivery to obtain return authorisation.

Return Shipping

  • A £3.00 flat-rate fee applies to change-of-mind returns only.
  • We provide a prepaid return label; the fee is deducted from your refund.
  • No fee for damaged/defective returns

Packaging & Condition

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • Include a copy of your order invoice or packing slip in the parcel.

Refunds

  • Items are inspected on receipt to confirm eligibility.
  • Refunds are processed within 2–3 business days of receipt.
  • Refunds go to the original payment method.
  • For change-of-mind returns, the £3.00 return shipping fee is deducted.

Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange for a different variant or product, contact us to arrange it. The £3.00 return shipping fee applies to exchanges.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, email sales@craftsuppliesuk.co.uk immediately. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you (no return fee).
